Your order

Each item is handmade to order, due to the nature of the handmade process items may differ slighlty than what is pictured. 

Orders are shipped in the order they are made. We usually run on a 14 working day turnaround which may increase at peak times such as Christmas. (Turrnaroud is time order is placed until posted)

Personalised orders are not eligible for a refund unless faulty, so please order in enough time and ensure all spellings are correct.

Non personalised orders can be returned, please contact us within 14 days of reciept and return within 30 days of reciept. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging, unused and damage free. Buyer will pay return shipping for a change of mind unless faulty.

Christmas Orders

Last orders for Christmas 2020 will be updated on a weekly basis, so please keep checking social media. We anticipate closing orders first week of December.
